WhatPadel Child Safety Standards

WhatPadel is a sports-focused mobile application designed to help padel players find compatible partners for training, tournaments, federated play and casual matches. Although WhatPadel is not a dating app, it includes social features such as user profiles, likes, matches, activity notifications and messaging. For this reason, we are committed to maintaining a safe environment and preventing any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation.

1Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

WhatPadel has a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

The following content and behavior are strictly prohibited:

Accounts involved in this type of behavior may be immediately suspended or permanently banned. Where appropriate, WhatPadel may report the incident to the relevant regional or national authorities.

2User reporting and in-app safety tools

WhatPadel provides users with in-app reporting tools to report profiles, messages, behavior or content that may violate our safety standards.

Users can report safety concerns directly from the app. Reports are reviewed and appropriate action may be taken, including content removal, account suspension, permanent banning, or escalation to the relevant authorities when required.

3Moderation and enforcement

WhatPadel reviews reports related to abusive behavior, inappropriate content, harassment, suspected exploitation or child safety concerns.

WhatPadel is committed to complying with applicable child safety and child protection laws in the countries where the app is available.

If we become aware of suspected child sexual abuse material or child sexual exploitation, we will take appropriate steps in accordance with applicable laws, including reporting to relevant authorities where required.
